MORAN FOOD protects personal information and processes it securely in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

MORAN FOOD Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations. The Company establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and promptly address related complaints.

The Company processes personal information for the purposes listed below. Personal information will not be used for any purpose other than those stated below. If a purpose of use changes, the Company will take the measures required by applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining separate consent where necessary.

  • Receiving and responding to OEM and partnership inquiries, providing consultations, and reviewing potential business opportunities.

The Company collects and uses the following personal information when inquiries are submitted through the website.

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive or uniquely identifying information, such as Resident Registration Numbers or health information, in inquiry details or attachments.

Processing and Retention Period

The Company retains personal information collected for inquiries and consultations for six months from the date of the last response and destroys it without delay thereafter. If a data subject requests deletion, the Company will destroy the information within five days of the request unless there are legitimate grounds not to do so.

However, if retention is required under applicable laws and regulations or is necessary to resolve a dispute, the Company may retain the information for the period prescribed by law or for the period necessary to resolve the dispute.

Personal information is destroyed without delay when its retention period expires or its processing purpose has been fulfilled. Electronic files are permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery or restoration, and paper records are destroyed by shredding or incineration.

Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

Data subjects may request access to, rectification or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information, or may withdraw their consent. These rights may be exercised in writing, by telephone, or by email. The Company will verify the requester’s identity and take action without delay.

When exercising these rights, data subjects must not infringe upon another person’s personal information or privacy in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

The Company implements necessary administrative and technical measures to ensure the security of personal information, including establishing an internal management plan, managing access rights, retaining access logs, operating security software, limiting the number of personnel authorized to handle personal information, and providing related training.

When the website is used, information such as IP address, access date and time, browser and device information, and service usage records may be generated automatically and processed for security and service quality improvement.

The Company does not use cookies for member identification or personalized advertising.
